Construction Litigation

The Firm’s litigation practice includes the area of construction litigation. The majority of the Firm’s insurance defense case load involves alleged structural defects, alleged improper design, failure to follow and/or implement Building Codes, and mold and fungal infestation. The Firm has successfully represented and defended clients in the construction industry, including both general contractors and sub-contractors. The Firm has also successfully represented homeowners who have suffered damage as a result of construction defects.
