Originating with Floyd Price, the Firm has prided itself in having the opportunity to represent insurance companies and their insureds for over 30 years. Over the years, the Firm has represented numerous insurance companies, including Auto-Owners, Allstate, Prudential, as well as many others.

Partners Scott Hamilton and Jim Price have spent their entire legal careers representing and defending insurance carriers and their insureds. In addition to representing insurance companies on coverage issues, the Firm primarily defends insureds who have been sued for damages in areas of personal injury and construction defects, as well as many other areas.
