Mr. Price is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. His areas of concentration are real estate, which includes, as needed, assistance in contract preparation, preparation of all documents involved in residential or commercial real estate transactions and closing of same; estate planning, including preparation of Last Wills and Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate Designation documents, Declarations Declining Life Prolonging Procedures (Living Wills), Inter Vivos Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts and Testamentary Trusts in conjunction with Last Wills and Testaments; Guardianship Law; and Corporations and other business entities.
Mr. Price earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree at Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida; his Law Degree at University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida; and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1971. He and his family moved to Bradenton in 1971, where he has been in the active practice of law since that time. He is currently a partner in Price, Hamilton & Price, Chartered, is a member of the Manatee County Bar Association, and is a member of the Elder Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust sections of the Florida Bar. |
