Diane McGinness

Mrs. McGinness is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. Her areas of concentration are civil litigation, focused on insurance defense, personal injury and construction litigation.

Mrs. McGinness earned a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in English at Florida Atlantic University, and received her Juris Doctor at the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida. Mrs. McGinness began her practice in Broward County, Florida, and relocated to Sarasota, Florida, with her husband in 1990. She is currently an associate with the firm and is a member of both the Sarasota County Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
