James Price

Mr. Price is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals of Florida. His areas of concentration are civil litigation, focused on insurance defense, personal injury and construction litigation.

A native of Bradenton, Florida, Mr. Price earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, and his Law Degree at Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served with distinction on the Florida State Law Review and Mock Trial Team. Mr. Price began his practice in 2000 as an associate of the firm and is now a partner of Price, Hamilton & Price, Chartered.
