DIRECTIONS FROM TAMPA: |

| Take I-75 south/Naples and take a right at Exit 220 and head west toward Bradenton on SR-64 (Manatee Avenue). After traveling approximately 4.5 miles, you will pass Manatee Memorial Hospital on the right hand side of the road prior to going through downtown Bradenton. Once through downtown Bradenton, you will cross over a small, "hump back" bridge and the street will turn back into an east and west bound street. Continue on Manatee Avenue until you reach 24th Street and turn right (north), and we are the corner building on left (west) side of street. The building is a two story blue and white building, with columns at both entrances. Parking is on the north side of the building on 24th Street. | |

| Take I-275 south over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge (toll), take Exit 5 right toward Palmetto/US-19 for 0.7 miles and merge onto US-19 (southeast) for 6.2 miles. You will go through Palmetto crossing over the Green Bridge into Bradenton. At Manatee Avenue/SR-64, turn right (west). Once through downtown Bradenton, you will cross over a small, "hump back" bridge and the street will turn back into an east and west bound street. Continue on Manatee Avenue until you reach 24th Street and turn right (north), and we are the corner building on left (west) side of street. | Take Washington Boulevard/US-301 north to Manatee Avenue/SR-64. Turn left (west) onto Manatee Avenue West/SR-64 (which is the light at the intersection with Checkers on left (west) at the light). Once on Manatee Avenue West and you have gone through downtown Bradenton, you will cross over a small, "hump back" bridge and the street will turn back into an east and west bound street. Continue on Manatee Avenue West until you reach 24th Street and turn right (north). We are the corner building on left (west) side of street. The building is a two story blue and white building, with columns at both entrances. Parking is on the north side of the building on 24th Street. |
