Firm

Originally founded by Floyd Price, in 1977, the Firm has provided legal services to Manatee County and beyond for over 30 years. The Firm was originally located on 14th Street West. Dale Price partnered with his brother, Floyd Price, in 1979. Floyd, a litigation attorney, and Dale, primarily an estate planning and real estate attorney, built a practice that was founded on integrity, honesty and care for the client. The Firm was relocated to its present location, 2400 Manatee Avenue West, in 1987.

Dale Price is the Senior Partner of the Firm and continues to practice in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate, corporations and guardianships. Scott Hamilton is the Senior Litigation Partner and joined the Firm in 1994. James Price, son of Floyd Price, began as a litigation attorney with the Firm in 2000 and is now a Partner with the Firm. Scott and James practice primarily in the area of civil litigation, specializing in the areas of personal injury and construction litigation. Floyd Price is now “of Counsel” with the Firm and serves as a Mediator in civil litigation matters.
