Andrew Marshall is an associate at Price, Hamilton & Price, Chartered in the firm’s litigation and transactional departments. He practices in the areas of Construction Litigation, Insurance Defense Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Business Organizations, Estate Planning, Guardianships, Probate, Real Estate, and Veteran Disability Appeals.
Mr. Marshall earned his Bachelor’s Degree with honors at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while serving on active duty in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, Mr. Marshall worked as a FAA certified air traffic controller and also participated as part of the Air Combat Command golf team in international competition. Following his military service, Mr. Marshall earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served with distinction as Senior Associate Editor of the Law Review. During law school, Mr. Marshall was a recurring member of the Dean’s List and was awarded the Book Award for the highest grade in his Advanced Writing, NAFTA and Federal Administration Law courses. He returned to earn his Masters of Law (LL.M) in Corporate Law and Finance.
Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Marshall worked in the field of government contracting for defense contractor, Jacobs Technology, Inc. Mr. Marshall is the husband to his lovely wife Rachel, the father of two beautiful children and a member of the First Baptist Church of Palmetto.
